Bought me a Lexus. Sooo, I kept the hard cover, the extender and the ash tray from the Trac. The Lexus dealer is removing the bracket for the cover and the extender. Once I get them, (Wednesday ish) I'll post that all is good to go and go from there..

Prices.... I'll do a bit of research here at the site to be fair but I think the cover will go around $350 and the extender around $150. Since the brackets and the pivot pins will be included I think these prices will be pretty fair.

Ash Tray,,,, shoot me a price. I don't really know it's value..

I'll post the stuff on the swap board once I have it all together.....

I bought their RX 300. Last year before they went with the RX 330. It has 24,000 miles. Complete coverage as it is a Certified Pre-Owned (Used LOL) thru 2008 and or 100,000 miles.

I would have like to go with just a tad newer or their next size up but the money simply did not work out to where I wanted it to fall. I basically kept my payment where they were and get into a pretty nice ride.

Loaded up with ever option I think there is available. Goes down the road very nice. It is AWD, I will be excited to see how it goes in the snow as my Trac was BEAUTIFUL in the snow.

I'll still be hanging out here. Can't chase me off that easily......

Man, you definitely moved up. I have been looking at those for my wife. Pretty pricey but I know Lexus makes a quality vehicle that will last a long time.

The RX300 and 330 are great rides. They're built at the same plant in Ontario as my Toyota Matrix.

Coastie, The Lexus is a great ride. I helped a close friend lease the RX 300 a couple of years ago and she just bought it out because she's still in love with it. Only complaint ever was that it has by far the WORST turning radius in a vehicle I've ever driven. I really think the ST has a better turning radius. We used to go skiing and snowboarding in the winter and always took the Lexus ( I was driving a mitsubishi Diamante at the time) and it was fine in the snow.

I drove it thru a torrential water storm this morning. It felt pretty good especially considering the tires are not truck tire, (water channels not as deep).

I am anxious to get it into snow as it is an AWD model. It also has a LS Rear end as well as a LS Transfer case.

It all sounds good.... Just hope it does as well as the Trac did in the snow.

The Trac was excellent in the snow. I am excited about the new car but will miss the Trac. :(

Q's right about the Subarus. I've had a few, and one now. It goes like a tank through the snow.
