So I changed my spark plugs in my Jeep today (all 16...)

I don't know much about "reading" them though, so I took some pics, can anyone tell me if they are showing anything I need to pay attention to in the future?

IMO, from the one close up. The cylinders are burning clean and normal. I dont see any deposits, carbon or uneven wear.

Ok thanks, just one of those things I never learned what to look for.. I know to replace them, and I know they can tell you something, but I'll have to let others tell me what :haveabeer:

Don't forget to gap the new plugs and put some never-sieze on the threads. Torque wrench is also good too. I always put a little dab of dielectric grease on the terminals and clean the boots of the coils /wires too. Good luck!

Already done but thanks.

Torque wrench was used along with anti-sieze and dielectric grease.

No wires since it's a coil pack of some sort right on top of each pair of plugs.

It seems to be running well, I was hoping to recoop a few mpgs, since it's been lower than I expected. So I did spark plugs, egr valve, both diff fluids, and the transfer case.

I've only been averaging 14.6 mpgs since we bought it. I don't expect a lot, but I was thinking more like 16-18.. So we'll see. Major road trip planned in a few weeks.

Nah it was a 10mmx2 on each coil thingy and then just working the wrench in.. easier to do all 16 on the hemi than it was to do the 6 on the ST.
