OK so popped by Screamon Demon on months ago and was gonna pop my live wires on today and damn one of my freaking plugs was broke off at the tip now I have to add plugs to the job, what plugs are a good match for my sport trac 2004 :0)

OEM motorcraft or autolites double plats. Good as it gets for our motors....

Sweet..... So with the demon and livewires I know they say you can increase the gap, not sure if I want to do that or keep a stock gap????? Thoughts?????

Zabteck site says up to .060 with the SD coil. (Ford spec .052-056)

The stock specifications for the gap are fine. A compromise would be to gap them at .056.

Paul is right. Just push it to the .056 gap. I see no gain in the .004 difference. I have the SD coil with .054. Runs just fine.

I have an Accel coil (same as the Screamin Demon) and gapped my plugs at .054.
