Ok.... I wanting an aggressive looking stance with my ST.

I used to have 30x1150's on my '86 Ranger and they stuck out about an 1.5" or so and it looked pretty good to me. I'm wanting that same stance with the ST. I don't want to get something that sits flush with the fender.

I know I want to run a 10" wide wheel all around.. I know I'd like to run a 33" tire (either a 12.50 or a 285/75).. and I know I want a 16" wheel.

This is where it gets tricky... does anybody have this setup? I know I'm going to have to do a SL/TT, understandable. I know I hear a body lift is in order, but I can take some rubbing and trimming my valance isn't that big of a deal.

And to acheive the rear stance, I was thinking a 1.5" wheel spacer to match the front. Since the front is near flush with the fender and the rear sits in a bit, I think that would make them match (or would 1.5" be too much? Would 1.25" acheive the 'flushness' I'm after?).

The wheels I want, well... I've never seen them on a ST before. The Helo Maxx 6. But, I don't know the offset or backspacing on them, but I'm sure they're wide.

Anyways, if anybody can help me out that'd be great.

You want your tire to stick out a bit or be flush? It will depend on the wheel backspacing as to how much (if any) spacing you need.

Good luck!:)

Wow, so I didn't go back and re read over that. I ment with my wheel/tire combo, I don't want it to sit flush with the fender, I want it to stick out some.

But now, with the stock wheels/265's I'd like to have the rear flush with the fender like the front. What thickness spacer can accomplish this?
