Need help I have a 2002 Sport Track that will not go over 80 MPH, can anyone explain why and where can I find data that provides that Spec for my vehicle

The limit is normally 95mph. Are you sure you are not in 4L? :)

The limit is set by the computer, an xcal2/3 could be used to raise / eliminate that setting. You have something wrong if you can't go faster then 80.

80? Hmmm. Maybe you should have that checked, I dunno.

I have an 02 4x4, I can get it between 95 and 100 before it cuts out.

As previously stated, the speed limiter is actually set to 97 MPH and depending upon your vehicle, the tires and accuracy of the speedo, it should not cut out until somewhere between 95-100 MPH

Someone may have tinkered with your program. That's even too far out to even consider being caused by a tire size change ???
