Steering Stabilizer?

Getting the rims and tires mounted up tomorrow along with a front wheel alignment. Shop recommended a steering stabilizer. Do they make an aftermarket one for our trucks? Or is there fit from say something like a Ranger or Explorer that would also work?

Thanks for the info. Technically don't need one, but just thought I'd see. Haven't driven on hwy yet or off road, but soon....

Get that thing cleaned up and take some pictures - I have been checking every day waiting on this build! I can't wait.
