stock radio question

looking to add an amp and a sub to the stock system. is there any rc outputs on the rear of the stock radio. if not how do you add a amp to the stock radio?

if im not mistaken you will need this device called line level converter

No plugs in the back such as RCA jacks and what not.



Rich Stern did a project where he added a sub to his stock unit. Go to the projects section and I believe you will find it in the audio section...

just talked to a shop down the road and they said the way could do it would be using a converter and splcing off the side pilers on both sides. what do you think and three hours to do it i have an amp they will be hooking that up and then adding a 10 inch sub under the seat. all for $200.00.
