stupid question

i have seen some photos of what looks to be a rear bumper guard on some of the

sport tracs on the forum.

then on the way home from work yesterday i was passed by a toyota that had one

installed.



can anyone tell me who makes these? also what exactly are they called?

other than rear bumper guard.
