Subwoofer and Box

Nope, sub is 8" in depth. Too deep of a sub. I made the under the seat box and made it 7.25" tall just to give alittle extra mounting depth just incase I go with a different sub.

That sub is 8" deep, you can only go 5.25"-5.5" deep. Hopefully this helps.
