Subwoofer?

I was cleaning behind the rear seats and saw a panel behind the driver's side rear seat and when I opened it, I saw what appears to be a large speaker. Is that the subwoofer that guys have been talking about? How do I know if it's working?

Yes that is the speaker I'm looking for. Just turn up the volume and stick your hear near it and see if you hear any sound. If you do, it works, if not, I'll buy it.

Depending on what radio you have, you can press certain buttons and it will do a sound Check for you to hear each speaker and subwoofer separately.
