Ok, we would like to get a head count now that we are approved, the permit is paid for and we would like to discuss FOOD !!!!
We also are working on asking the site sponsors for gifts or give aways !!!! Hopefully we will have some prizes, or Gift certificates to give away !!!
I know we will have some Website clothing to give away !!!!!!!
is those that are attending ok with hero's ( 3 foot or 6 foot) or hamburgers , hot dogs ??
The MAIN food will be paid for !!!! We got that !!!!
We will just ask members to each bring something small.... Please let us know what you can bring so we don't double up and have waste !!!!
We will have a cooler or 2 but extras allways welcome !!!!

2) aluminum foil
3) napkins
4) forks
5) knifes
6) spoons
7) paper plates
7)Ketchup (if for hamburgers and HD)
8) mustard (if for hamburgers and HD)
9) relish (if for hamburgers and HD)
10) BBQ sauce ( if we BBQ chicken) probably not
11) bags of ice
12) water
13) Soda
14) a BBQ gas OR the park ones require charcoal......
We will have cooking tools for the BBQ.
We think this should do it !!! IT will be a GREAT TIME !!!!!
