SURPRISE! Factory sub installed in my non-audiophile '07

I was sitting in a parking lot listening to the radio while waiting to meet a friend of mine. I decided to recline the seat and just relax for a while. I had a CD in and the songs had some good bass to them. With my ear closer to the rear door speakers, I thought I would hear some solid bass. Not the case. I put my hand over the speaker, not really a lot of thump. I'm thinking, there's no way I have a factory sub in this thing. The sticker said I had the AM/FM/CDx6 MP3 player but no mention of audiophile in the standard options or the itemized options list. I checked behind the bench seat and there it was. A factory sub! OK, now I'm not sure why it was installed, like I said. I know that mine is a Limited but didn't think a factory sub was standard. I might have to ask a dealer to explain this to me. But, I'm not giving my sub back if it wasn't supposed to be in there!

R is right. My 05 has a 6 CD changer and just like you I have the Sub behind the fold down.
