So you I’m getting sick of replacing my front sway bar end links every other year. Because I have a torsion twist the sway bar link bushings don’t last too long due to the extreme angle. So here’s what I did today, I cut and drilled two steel tubes 1”x2” and put it between the frame and sway bar bracket. 1.5” would of been better but what I had was free. Also had to get longer bolts. Has anyone done this or something similar?

I had to do something similar with 3/4" bar stock. After I lowered my '88 5.0L T-Bird, 2". I kept twisting the end links. I had to get the geometry right.
I'm sure it had a lot to do with my driving habits...:p

that works, But as stated they sell longer end links.
