Sway Bar lubrication

For those with zerk fittings on their sway bars. What type of lubricant do you use?

I use whatever is in my grease gun. Right now I think it is, high pressure & temp, synthetic with a graphite base.

Some say a marine type will stay longer. I have only had to regrease 1 time in 6 yrs.
