I went to ms website and followed the directions, but there was nothing wrong in my registry. It still is coming up but only when "I" log in. No other users.... Any suggestions Here is the link to the ms website.

Trying searching for a program on the web called "registry mechanic". It is a free program that goes through your registry and cleans it and checks for errors. I use this program frequently.
I don't know if it will help or not, but its worth a shot.

CCleaner is another program that will check your registry. It will lits problems that it finds. Just have to be careful with what you clean out. You can get it free at download.com.

I just stopped the computer from doing this yesterday.
Clik on "Start".
Click on "Run".
Type in "msconfig". Click "Ok".
Open the "Startup" tab.
Find "tfswctrl" on the list. Uncheck the box.
Shut down. Start up and see if that was it!

Good call Mookie. You will probably find a lot of other apps that are starting at startup that are not necessary. Could help boot time.

A patch is available - filename R75304.EXE - that fixes the issue. You can find that file at support.dell.com by typing that name in the 'Search' box available there. It addresses the root of the problem in Creative's software and corrects it. Unfortunately there is no direct link to the file, but it's easily available using the search function
