Tailgate lift

Need help to find where to buy tailgate lift for 93 ford 150 Pick-up. This is the tailgate assist, not a "Tommy lift" My father is 87 and has trouble lifting the tailgate on his truck. Saw these advertised on Spike Television. they resemble the lifts on the hatches foran SUV or van.

His birtday is next week and these would be an excellant present. Any help appreciated.

I am looking for the same thing for my dad. He is not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds due to severe back problems. He has a 2002 f-150.
