Yes, I know it has been about a year since I last posted. Alot has been going on in my life, and it all hasn't been too good, but things are looking up.
For the first time, A problem came up with the ol Sport Trac, and this is the first place I came.
Did a search on the forums, and found I should clean the IAC motor.
over 60k now, and running great again.
