what is a throttle body?what does it do?how much does it coast and where can i get one?

A TB is what the "gas" pedal is connected to. When you push on the pedal, it opens the valve and lets more air into the engine. (thus making the computer input more gas) Where to get one? Why just ask Zabteck. (site sponsor) They will have the cure to your itch.

Ryan, have you done any other mods to your air inlet. Such as, high flow filter, opening the air box more,. If you haven't you need to do these as well. This will give the throttle body the air needed to run better. Don't get me wrong, you need to get the throttle body modded, but you need more air to it as well and you will be very happy with the results._Ron

any thime you get more air in and more fuel, it can make the exhaust louder...
