can the throttle body cable on the st be tightened at all.

IT can be with zip ties under the dash placed between the end of the cable and the pedal..
BUT there is 1 issue if you make it too tight you can break something.... you have to hold the pedal on the floor and see if the TB is on its stop... IF it is you can not tighten the cable because if you floor it you can break something..
