Time to change the spark plugs and wires

Ok, it is that time. I have 94,000 miles on my ST and still have the stock plugs and wires. I am getting ready to do a tune up and want to replace the plugs and wires with the best set out there. I want to improve both the performance and gas milage.

Which one do I want to use?

OEM Ford plugs

And a good set of wires.



There are no plugs and wires that will gain you MPG... any gain will be simply from the tune up..



OEM wires have served you well too.....



I personally run the autolite APP103 plug and the Live wires...



Others are running Ford plugs and Taylor wires..
