Timing chain TSB

I know this has come up many times, can somebody tell me how to find the TSB to replace the timing chain tensioners? I did searches on this site with no luck. I need to print out the actual bulletin to show the dealer, they say I'm out of warranty.

I think that's the one you're talking about. Give them the TSB #, they can print it out.

Yes it has been making the noise almost since new. It now has 55k and I think I should finally get it taken care of since it seems to be getting louder. I talked to the dealer a couple of years ago about it and they said they would do it no problem. Now they seem to have forgotten, they said they would do it if I was within the 3/36 warranty. They don't seem to know anything about the warranty being extended to 70k miles. David.
