Hello fellow MYST'ers

I have a question.......I just bought an older Pop Up Coleman camper and will be towing to a great spot real soon. It is about 1000lbs and my question is do i need to adjust my tire presuure on the trac? I have my wife and three kds along with gear in the truck as well :0). Thanks

Rear tires between factory and less than max on sidewall when cold.

Provided your not loaded over factory spec.

I leave mine at 36-38 year round, tow, snow, rain, dry..... never an issue..

Tends to wear the center treads out first though.

I have found that the tires on my old '07 and my current '10 wear faster on the edges with the 32 psi OEM pressure. Because of this, I have increased my pressure to 36 psi year round, and it seems to slow down the wear on the edges. My tires wear very evenly at 36 psi. The ride might be a bit rougher, but the turn-in seems quicker with the higher pressure.
