2002 ST, what is the largest tire size I can go with out any rub?

I have been running 265/70/16 on my ST and have not experience any serious rubbing. I have the gap guards or whatever that plastic piece behind the wheel that covers sight of the engine and i dont get any rubbing with that on. I have noticed that when at full lock position my tires do rub my sway bar.

I have 265/65-17 (30.56x10.43) Revos with rare slight rub with wheels turned going through a dip at slow speeds. Rubs for an instant when the suspension compresses.
