Has anyone out there tried 245/75/16 tires on there sport trac?

I don't think you will see the difference in a pic going down the one size...
the stock ones are 255/70/16... Since your going thinner 1 size and up one siz on the aspect ratio, you will only see the tire is thinner...
This is if you do have the 255 from the factory, If you have the 235/70/16 tire they will be about 1/2 inch taller..

They'll be a teeny bit taller and a teeny bit narrower than 255/70's but not noticeably different. They'll fit fine.
