I've had Bridgstone Dueler APTII's before they discontinued them and made the III's, they were great tires all around. I have BFG TA/KO's on now only because I bought them used for the size I needed at the time, Good tires. I'm gonna be going with the general Grabber AT2's when I replace these. It depends on where you live and what you do with your truck, I'd go with th Bridgestone's myself out of those choices but that's me, I do off road and winters are rough up here with all the hills and mountains

:driving::haveabeer:.

I was considering the BFG's myself. A friend has them on his Ranger and said they ride kind of hard. I went with Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armour. They are similar in appearance to the BFG's and I have always done well with GY on all my cars and SUV's.

I put General Grabbers on my '02 after reading some very good reviews on them. Let me tell you, they are so quite compared to the Good Years I had on before. The price is much more reasonable then some tires I see mentioned. Hugh improvement - road noise is way down and a much better ride. I also replaced my shocks at 100K. Money well spent!

Bridgestone Dueler Revo 2's hands down one of the best A/t on the market!! If you lived near KC I can hook people up with good pricing on any bridgestone/firestone tire!!:driving:

@ Jerry,

The gear ratio on the ST determins the OEM tire size. So, if you have a 3:73 rear end (like we do) you have the 235/70/16's; and if you have a 4:10 rear end you have the 255/70/16's.

@ hdt,

I went from the 235/70/16 to 245/70/16 on our ST, and would not recommend going any larger unless you change the gear ratio in you rear axle which is more money than it's worth.

i just looked i run stock and have one their now r16 70 255

one more question i have is my speedo is off by 3 to5 miles per hour. reads 35 i really running 30-32 mph.

thanks

hdt, my speedo is the same way. My scan gauge is more accurate. When I go thru the radar they set up for drivers info. The factory speedo is 3mph fast. I think other members have the same.
