No benefit using lift keys unless turning screws does not lift enough. LCA angles will be the same with either method. DO check alignment when changing ride height. Camber and toe changes.

Same angles for everything. Lift keys are just another method of lifting. Same applies to longer torsion bolts. Ride quality remains the same because lower control arm angles are the same. However, lowering keys are different when loosening the bolts all the way does not give enough drop. Also keep in mind that camber kits will usually be needed for proper alignment.
