Has anyone tried the 2-3" lift torsion keys from truxxx.com and if so how much height did you actually get? I have recently performed a tt and 1.5" rear shackles to mine and wondered if I should do new torsion keys instead of the tt. Thanks, FF2644

the price on them are crazy, but if thats the going rate... guess I'll pitch in and get me some. Nice to find out we really can get more lift for the 4x4s. I mean you got 4" super lift, 2-3" torsion keys, 1-2" TT, 1-2" SL, 2-3" SOA, 3" Body Lift.

I'd be good for a group buy on these things, if they are worth it. Just kinda makes me think if they really know what they talking bout though: 2002-06 Ford Explorer Sport Trac... Then if you click installation instructions you can find this: 1995-05 Ford Ranger 4x4, Mazda 3000/4000 4x4..... I didn't know rangers came with torsion bars in 95-97. They was on the I-Beam setup.

I was thinking the same thing about the "applications" for these keys. I do know that the Ranger in the picture is newer with torsion bars. I am hoping someone pipes in on the down side to installing this type of lift. I know that they can effect alignment and tire wear pretty badly.

I wonder how our cv joints would like these. I have a feeling that they wouldnt hold up for too long I have my stock torsion bars cranked and the shafts are at a pretty severe angle I dont think I'd want to go much higher Esp for 200+ bucks. Now if some one knew of a machine shop with a water-jet and we could upply the raw stock I would think that it would be worth it to making our own.

Looks like a CV half axle killer/destroyer mod. If you want to this just rotate your torsion bars and reinstall, then get shorter tbar bolts. Save the $200.00

I would like to try them too but I can't figure out why you can buy a set of 1.5" or 2" shackles so cheap when they look like they would require more machine work, and the keys are over $200?
