I stopped to drive an '07 for the heck of it. Salesman shot me a decent price, so I said "what the heck" and traded the '03 Adrenalin for an '07 Dark Cherry Limited.
I notice that the ride is much better and it seems to handle more "car-like". I don't notice a heck of alot more power with the V-8, but the sound is much more sweeter than the V-6's sound.
Wind noise at the "A"-pillar is much less on the '07 than the '03, but I notice quite a bit of noise from the rear of the cab.
The best thing for me is a new Camel interior. I have had the same nice, but grey dashboard in a Mazda B-3000, a Ranger, two Mazda B-4000's, and the old ST. Now, since 1993, I have a different design dashboard AND in a different color!!!
