larger tires are not in my immediate future but will be coming eventually once i find the money im thinking about a torsion twist to add a little hight and too level it out. and did u mean yes an allignment would be needed or wouldnt be needed? sorry about the confusion...and can a bike rack like ur costom be made on the stock bed cover that u know of?

Yes, you sure will but you may not need the camber kit. I've noticed I have to get an alignment every six months with the TT might be my driving though...can't wait to go to a Super Lift. However, with a project car already building and a new project car in the plans for next year not much mods have been happenning for the ST.

Thanks,

I did the TT/SL last week. I only tightened the torsion bars enough to give me about 1" of lift in the front. You can go up to 2" max from what Ive read, but then I think you run into the problems with the Camber Kits, etc. When I got my new tires mounted, they said the allignment was no problem. So my suggestion would be to go no more than 1.5" on the torsion bars if possible.

I did a 1-1/2" drop without needing a camber kit (2001). YMMV... The expense of getting the camber kit, if needed, is alot cheaper than replacing prematurely worn tires.
