Tunes for 86 Octane w/ 10% ethenol

Hey all. I'm new to the boards and to ST's. But anyway... I have a 2007 ST with 4.6. Have put on an Aero muffler and KKM intake. I'm getting between 15 and 16 mpg city. Haven't checked higway yet. Will be doing that in April. But the problem here in Colorado is they put in 10% Ethenol. The highest octane is 86 from an eat em up gas station. Shell is here but here rating is 85 octane with no ethenol in it but the cost is 15 to 25 cents more per gallon can a tune be made for something with low octane and ethenol in it? I think the best you can get is 91 octane for $3.48 a gal. Any suggestions>:wacko:
