Vacuum Elbow

I am brand new to this site & was sent here by a friend. I have heard from him that there was a repair for the Elbow in the projects. I have my Check engine light on & had AutoZone hook up & it came up both O2 sensors so I wanted to check that elbow before i buy the sensors & install them for nothing. Can anyone tell me where that project is or where I can locate the suspect elbow under the hood?
