Ford assigns the sequence number to every vehicle in order that is built at a particular plant. Doesn't matter if its an Explorer, Mountaineer, or Sport Trac, they all simply get the next number in order for the Louisville plant. Even then, most times the numbers don't start at 0, but rather 1000 or similar.
