Want to add Bluetooth to Stock Radio - '05 Adrenelin

I want to add a hardwired bluetooth unit to my stock Pioneer stereo (Adrenelin Package). The unit I'm looking at cuts out the radio when a call comes in. Has anyone done this install. I'm told it may not work if the amp get powered down when the mute button is pushed.
