Is waxing really neccesary with the factory tru-coat already there?

My opinion is that nothing from the factory is perfect. That being said, check this out:

I agree with Rodger re: Zaino. My time has been extremely short since summer. I last applied two coats of Z-5 and one of Z-2 roughly in July, with spritzes of the spray sealant when I last washed it sometime in August. With the rain two days ago, the water still beaded as if I waxed it yesterday. Hands down, Zaino is *the* quality sealant.

I wax at least a few time yearly just to keep it looking beautiful.

If you drive a black vehicle, wax is VERY necessary.
