When I get in a cold truck it seems to work fine, fan spins up according to the selected speed, vent and temp selection respond accordingly and it blows great. As the truck heats up the vents only seem to get a fraction of the blower air. The blower doesn't decrease speed and the temp responds to setting as does the vent selection. Regardless of the settings I only get about 10 to 20% of the air out of the selected vent. Nothing seems to fix it until the truck is off for a while and cools down. Any idea what my issue is? (09 4.6 XLT) FB says there might be a vacuum valve somewhere. Anyone know where this is and if that is likely to be my issue?
