What else do I need for Disc Brakes in rear??

If I were to get this for my ST ('01 Job 2) what more do I need to make the brakes work on it. It also has the LS in it, something I don't have now. Does something else need to be done to add that??? I know it is not actually for the ST, but if I were to find one off of a wrecked one....

I don't know if he's right, but it specifically says it won't work on STs

Yes, I saw that and said that it won't work in the post above. I was just wondering if the LS would work or not, and what all is required for the brake change.
