i have '01 ST stock suspension. the wheels are 235/75/15. can i put 31s on those rims and will they rub? i want a bigger tire but i dont want new wheels or different suspension...

todd, i can fit 16 inch tires on 15 inch rims? if i put 265s on, how much of a difference is there between them and 235s? im lookin for somethin more off road lookin.

Andy, Sorry I missed the 15 part...
the 265 is 30mm wider and approximately 1/2 - 3/4 inch taller...

todd, thank you very much for your help. i think im gonna go with 265/75/15 mudders for this winter. i shoiuld have some fun and look beefier too lol thanks

A 265/75-15 is roughly the same physical size as a 31x10.50-15, either should fit okay. The stock 15" rims are 7" wide, which is okay. This is the combo used on the Ranger FX4 Level II.
Keep the tire pressure to about 30, any more and they'll wear out in the middle.
