i had my 07 for a little over 2 years. when i turned it in if i remember it had about 50K.

other then the tranny bump there were noo repairs needed with the exception of the crappy "chrome" plastic overlay wheels that cracked.

you should be OK if you do your routine maintenance.

Filters(fuel filter&air filter), trannie flush, new antifreeze, flush the brakes, replace the power steering fluid, axles and transfer case(new fluids) and if you haven't already, get the original spark plugs out and install the new updated(one-piece) plugs. Check brake pads, e-brake shoes. I did all of this at 68K. Bob

Only repairs I've done on my 07 V6 2WD is update the engine/trans software, replace the fan motor controller (see in Projects) and replacement of the rear axle boots. However, I bought it used nearly three years ago at 32K (now at 65K), and previous owner had done nothing other than oil changes, so I started getting this car "caught up" on maintenance items like Bob C mentions. Changed all driveline fluids to AMSOIL synthetics, coolant, fuel/air filters, alignment, serp belt, spark plugs, brake fluid. Changed brake pads at 61K though could have gone longer. I had an aviation ops career, so I spend a little extra money along the way prospectively so that my cars run well and don't break down. Keeping maint records organized has also helped me sell a car quickly, by the way. Free AMSOIL "MyGarage" will help you.

Lol, my list here. Bought mine used August 2011. When i first got it, new radiator, transmission bump update and a new cat converter and 02 sensor. ( all under warranties).

done in sept-Oct. Figured since i bought the truck used, might as well, new differential fluid front and rear, new transfer case fluid, new fuel filter, new front and rear endlings ( moog). And switched to synthetic motor oil. All this done on my own so no labour was fairly inexpensive.

April 2012. New passenger manifold ( under warranty) and serpentine belt.

Mods along the way, k&n intake, zabteck trottle body and magnaflow exshaust.
