Lately, when i go to turn into a parking spot and apply the brakes my anti-locks kick in. This only happens when I'm turning the steering wheel and turning into a parking spot(less than 5 mph). I replaced my brakes about 6-months ago. My truck seems to be running sluggish and it sounds and feels like my truck is in 4x4 mode all the time. Could bad wheel bearings cause this?

Could be the power steering jerking. Our tracs have a problem in that way at slow speeds, while turning. Also when full throtle, loosing some power assist. Belt slipage is part of it. The belt doesnt wrap around the pump enough. Fords fix was to replace the pump with the one from earlier explorers. Just a guess.

could be a bearing going/gone bad, or the brakes are grabing at times. Have you tried raising the fronts up and spinning them to see if the spin freely or is the pad dragging a lot on the rotor?? Maybe the caliper is loose and gets in a bind when turning??

Maybe the slop in the bearing is bad enough that the abs ring is pulling away from the sensor when you turn, kicking in the abs.
