Makati,
Just wondering if anyone knows how difficult it is to adjust the rear axle of an ST. Mine seems to be sticking out more to the right. I didn't realize it until I got 20's, then the right really stuck out more than the left. Wheels are back to stock now but I want to somehow move the whole axle a tad bit left so that it's balanced.

Thanks!

Try a frame and alignment shop and see if they can loosen the u-bolts and shove the axle over a little. Looks like 1/2" or less. Manufacturing tolerances all that, ya know.

This is normal for the 8.8 rear end which our trac has. Every ST has this "problem", as well as the rear tires tucking more than the front. Perhaps a shop can fix/adjust it though I don't think it will be financially worthwhile as the only real solution I can imagine is re-welding the spring mounts on the axle after adjusting the axle position. This will also slightly adjust the driveshaft angle (horizontallyy) which may cause other issues.

It may just be the bed alighnment..have an alighnment shop to check the front wheels to rear wheels alighnment..

Look at where the front of the bed meets the cab on both sides... the St is known for the bed to be sitting crooked on the frame..

Like the above two say, the bed is probably off center. Mine was 1 and 3/4 inches out which would cause my inner rear tire on the passenger side to rub when I did a tight corner. Ford fixed mine under warranty.
