I am needing to replace my wheel/hub studs. What is the stock size of the ST 2wd? I am going to be replacing all of them! What prices am I looking at? I need some that are a half inch longer than stock! Please help! -DD ST

I cant help, You could allways remove one and go from there...

Whatcha doing that you need them longer???

A good parts store can look up the stock part number for the studs, then find the proper ones that are longer. I had to do this with my wheels when I thought I was going to have to use wheel spacers.

Todd...for wheels, just as it says in the title.

Tiger, I gathered that, BUT in todays day and age, you still need to play with longer studs???

Thanks guys! Yeah, Todd I am putting 18's on my Trac with 255/55/r18 tires. The wheels dont exactly mount flush to the hub. I have 1/2 inch spacers that are perfect. When they are installed, they suck some of the threads in, depriving the lug nuts of more to bite on. So, in return, I was looking at getting some longer studs.

Tiger, what did it cost? Did you or someone else replace them?

Anyone know a price to do something like this? What it takes to replace?

Thanks, DD ST

Ahh your using those slide on spacers, Ok.

If you supply the studs, and being that yours is a 2wd, they have to take off the front rotors, I am going to say close to 200 bucks...

If I can get the studs, and get someone else to do the work, you are saying $200 for installation and also for the spacers as a total? Yeah, its the slide on spacers. what if i did get the other spacers with the studs already on them? would that be better and more efficient/cheaper?

YES, and safer...

The 1.25 spacers right now are about 50-60 delivered on Ebay, BUT if your rims do not have a dimple where the studs will go, you may have to cut your factory studs 1/4 inch, OR get 1.5 inch spacers and your all set..
