Where is the computer module?

Need to get the door code off it, where is it located? Also, does anybody know if there is an online repair manual for the sport trac? Thanks!

If you are referring to the Keyless Entry module it is:



01 Job 1, behind the rear panel behind the rear seats.



01 Job 2 and newer thru 05, it is behind the passengers air bad behind the glove box.



I assume that is what you are asking???

Yes, I think thats it. The main code is posted on the computer module, and you need it to change the code on the door. I'll check behind the glove box. Thanks!

Keep in mind, you don't actually change anything. You add a second code.



You can NOT change or DELETE the original code.



Only way to do that is to buy a replacement module....
