which model do I have

I have found out that there are 3 models of 4x4 4 doors . How do I tell which one I have



4d 4x4 value model

4d 4x4 choice model

4d 4x4 premuim model

Base model, XLS model, XLT model. Should be an emblem on your tailgate. XLS models came with tear drop rims, XLT's came with the five spoke rims, adrenelin's came with five spoke rims chromed. I think that's what you're asking, right?

I didn't think the '02's had any distinguishing badge on any doors. The models just distinguished which options came included in the base price.

Uncle_Bob is correct. The '01 & 02 model years did not have any distingushing badges. The XLS & XLT badges appeared in '03. If I recall correctly, a base model in the first 2 yrs. had steel rims or tear drop rims, and the top model had the spoke style rims.



Can you post a picture, and give more of a description of your ST? That would help us identify your ST.

If it has a Moonroof, it is a premium. if it is a 5 speed manual, it is a value. If it has step bars, it is NOT a Value, but could be a Choice or Premium.



it really doesn't matter with the 2001 and 2002 models. As Uncle_Bob said, it was just a quick order method. If you wanted a Moonroof, you had to get the premium. If you wanted a manual tranny, you had to get the Value model.

My '01 4x2 had the spoke wheels/255/70R16 sized tires, 4.10/auto, OEM Step Bars, fogs/tow hooks, high series console and overhead console. Premium?



My '02 4x4 had teardrop wheels/235/70R16 sized tires, 3.73/auto, Westin Step Bars, no fogs/tow hooks, low series console and no overhead console.

Choice?



That's the way I got them, not the way they are now though.



Some non-Premium '01/'02 models came with the 15" chrome spoke Ranger wheels.

Both could have been Choice. The 02 could also have been a Value. The only sure fire way to know you got a premium is if it had Leather or a Moonroof. Those were ONLY available with a premium.



That is why I got a premium. I wanted a moonroof.
