Which size tire for 22x9.5 ???

Ok so I finally have enough money to get my new wheels! I have some picked and they are 22x9.5, and I was wonderin what size tire should I get. and also should i worry about rubbing issues? also how low could i get the trac without the wheels rubbing.

Wheel spacers will help with the rubbing situation...

I'm running a 265/35/22 tire and they are smaller overall height than the stock tire. Mines lowered and it doesnt rub at all.
