who owns this Trac?

Who owns the blue trac on the end? I would like to know if it is lowered or not & if so by how much & what method. Also would like to know what size rims & what size tires are on it. Thanks[Broken External Image]:

Looks like Jerry's. He sold it. It had 20" rims and a 3/2 drop. I think GM owns the rims now.
