That wannabe robber got what he deserved!!!! *******.. I saw this on the news and know the mechanic that shot the robber, he wouldn't have shot him if he didn't feel his life was in danger. One less ******* the taxpaxers have to pay for to put thru the legal system and in jail. :haveabeer::haveabeer::fire::fire::fire::fire::supercool::supercool::angry:
This is the perfect example of why more states need to pass carry permit laws. Like Jerry said "one less *******", killed by a licensed firearms instructor, is the ultimate deterent to armed crime. Permit(to carry) or not, if my life or my family is in danger, I will not hesitate to draw and fire. JMO, Bob :fire:
Last week in Orlando, some punk with a criminal record didn't like how long it was taking the guy in front of him to exit a gas station. Once they both exited, he sped up, passed the guy, then stopped abruptly, got out of his car and started to assault the driver. That driver then shot the burn bag. The assaulting offender now faces charges.
Afew years ago my neighbor was a local cop. He was in his private car(firebird). A road raged man in a truck forced him off the road. The man busted the cops window out with a tire iron. The cop put 2 rounds in his chest and killed him.
The irony was the road rager was awaiting a court date for the same type of asault. one more idiot off the road, IMO.
I still don't understand the purpose of the bathtubs in a Cialis commercial.
[Broken External Image]:
I always wonder how they fill the tubs with water. Many of the men who need Cialis have underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure...to name a few ...and are on medications which further deplete their sexual arousal. By the time they have lugged the water to the two tubs up the hill or down on the shore, erectile dysfunction will probably be the least of their problems. A little nitroglycerin, please. Ah, but wait...no nitrates with Cialis.
Eddie, The only difference between that and this situation is the cop probably didn't have any charges put against him but since this guy wasn't a cop he'll probably get jail time for defending his life and the delivery guys life.
The sad part is, Even if it is declared a Justifiable Homicide, the family of the Robber can still Sue in Civil Court. Thank your District Attorneys for Opposing the Castle Doctrine..After all thats how they make their money, Litigation. they just don't care if it costs you everything you have to defend yopurself in court, as long as they get a chunk of it.
