Will these step bars fit a 1st gen?

Ok so a guy I know has a chrome set of step bars from a 2008 F-150 Super crew (4 door) that he's selling dirt cheap. My question is will they fit on the 1st Gen ST? He's gonna measure the overall length when he gets home but I was wondering if the bractets will bolt onto the same spot as th factory ST step bars, they look the same. here's pictures of the step bars, update= the step bars are 79 inches long and I measured the Trac= 87 inches length of cladding.

Brackets look the same from what I see. My Trac had 3 brackets on each side.

the length of the bars really play no big part in the installation and mounting. you need to compare the length from your original brackets and the length of these new brackets. there is also additional mounting holes on the ST where you could mount different length brackets.

Considering they bolt to the pinch welds on the body you could probably drill new holes to mount them.
