i would imagine so they both have the same vin engine code "e"

'01 job2 to '05 trac throttle bodys are all the same...

This throttle body did not fit my 04 ST...the tps and linkage is on the opposite side..



So I modded this myself, looks good...I am needing to get rid of it...30$ plus shipping
