Window Trouble

My wife was in the Drive Thru yesterday and rolled the window down, now it will not roll back up and makes a buzzing type noise underneath the dash when I try to roll down. It does nothing when I try to roll it up. Any ideas or suggestions?

Relays sometimes buzz when they're starting to go bad.
