Another issue ...anyone have their winshield washer stop working. could it be my switch or the motor. they are both very expensive according to the ford stealer. where is the washer motor located? I have check all the fuses and dont see one dedicated to it. and all my fuses seem to be in order.

Thanks

Can you hear if the motor pump is running? It should be right at the reservoir. If it is running, pull off the hose to see if water squirts out. If not, the pump is bad (maybe plugged). If water squirts out, there is a plug somewhere in the hose. Follow the hose until you find a junction, test there.Keep going to the nozzles.

Good luck Ed

no sound at all from the motor. one minute it was working next it wasnt. dont think its stopped up. where is it located. maybe i could jump 12 volts to it and if it doesnt work its the switch. (another whole issue)

Jump 12V will tell you if the motor is bad. If so, napa is an alternative. The fog light on my wifes Jeep is$285. at the dealer and $79 at NAPA.

good luck Ed
